The Workforce Institute provides research and education on critical workplace issues facing organisations around the globe. The European extension will look closer at the specific issues and opportunities facing employees and employers in the region as we move further into the future of work. The original thought leadership institute was launched in the US in 2007.
“The future of work is much talked about. Whilst the progression of change might not be rapid for all, it is an inevitability.
“It is, therefore, vital that your organization is ready to continue to provide employees with the support and development they need to be, happy, loyal and high performing as we move into 2017 and beyond.” Simon Porter, NGA Human Resources
